Missing literature or local info. Room service often unresponsive. Breakfast lacked fresh fruit and gluten-free options. Water bottle refills required constant reminders. Toilet had a foul smell, and gym hours were restrictive. Too many intrusive emails before and after stay, and no info in the room on hotel amenities.

The location is amazing , just a short walk to Al Majaz waterfront. The facilities are very clean , making it a pleasant environment to relax. The breakfast had a lot of variety , which was a nice surprise during our stay.

The staff seemed distracted at times , lowering the overall service quality.

Had a blast with my friends! We loved visiting the Sharjah Souk for those shopping sprees and enjoyed evening walks along the beautiful corniche that’s just a few minutes away. The hotel also has tennis facilities, so we kept active. The staff were friendly.

Our experience was slightly impacted by cleanliness issues in the room. It could have been better, as we noticed dust accumulating.
